Colonial Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Jacksonville logistics center on the 3rd shift (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 6:00 pm–4:30 am) to lead and develop a team, driving safety, productivity and quality. The role emphasizes coaching, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to optimize operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a solid foundation in MS Office, with a keen focus on safety and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others.
• Proven leadership with organization and communication strengths.
• Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe environment.
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
• Proficient with Excel and Word in daily operations.
• Able to adapt quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to engage with frontline and leadership to influence culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire the workforce through daily interaction and motivation.
• Lead daily shift meetings to align priorities and expectations.
