Colonial Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift at our logistics center, driving productivity, quality, and safety. You will coach, develop, and engage a team, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet targets.

This role requires 1–3 years of supervision, a bachelor’s in a related field preferred, strong communication and safety focus, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, union-free environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong commitment to safety in the workplace.
• Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Ability to adapt, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to engage with frontline staff and leadership to drive results.

• Engage and inspire the workforce through daily interaction and meetings.
• Lead shift goals, communicate priorities, and monitor performance.
• Support safety initiatives and foster a safety-first culture.
• Manage attendance, payroll compliance, and coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on CI initiatives.
