Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Logistics Center shift, coach the team, and drive productivity, quality, and safety. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.

This role requires 1–3 years of supervision, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication in a fast-paced distribution environment. Hybrid/onsite work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others.
• Proven leadership with strong organizational and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong commitment to safety in the workplace.
• Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication with high emotional intelligence.
• Foundational Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage the workforce to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Hold daily shift meetings and communicate team goals and performance.
• Address employee concerns and foster a union-free workplace.
• Support inventory control, audits, and QA activities.
• Provide frontline input on staffing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach and develop employee performance with timely feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership on supply management and maintenance scheduling.
