You’ll work with SYNCHRO 4D Pro, Revit, Navisworks, and 5D expansions, coordinating with global teams, improving workflows, and advancing construction sequencing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years BIM/VDC with hands-on 4D modeling or sequencing.
• Proficient in 4D platforms such as SYNCHRO or Fuzor and in Revit/Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction schedules, activity relationships, sequencing, and how schedules connect to model elements.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and collaborate across disciplines and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D models connecting 3D elements with construction schedules using SYNCHRO 4D Pro or comparable tools.
• Prepare/structure/vet model data, including Revit parameters and element coding, to support reliable schedule linking and efficient updates.
• Identify schedule conflicts, constraints, risks, and opportunities with project teams.
• Create clear simulations, visualizations, and presentations that support planning discussions and communicate construction strategy.
• Keep models and deliverables current as designs, schedules, and project priorities change.
• Coordinate work with an international delivery team, setting clear priorities, providing useful handoffs, and reviewing deliverable quality.
• Improve repeatable workflows, troubleshoot data integration issues, and test tools and automation that improve speed, accuracy, or usefulness.
• Help develop 5D workflows that connect model quantities, schedule activities, and estimating or cost data.
• Share knowledge and help project teams use 4D effectively in their planning and execution.
