Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional or B2B sales experience (field or inside sales environments).
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to build trust with clients and partners.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
• Comfort navigating compliance-sensitive or detail-oriented conversations.

Responsibilities

• Grow client relationships by identifying opportunities to establish, convert, or enhance 401(k) retirement plans
• Sell retirement solutions, including plan setup, conversions, and integrated payroll + retirement offerings
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to understand needs and align solutions
• Partner with internal sales teams and referral partners to uncover opportunities and expand client value
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on relationship development and solution alignment
• Demonstrate strong prospecting skills, including direct selling to small to mid-sized business owners, while balancing expansion within existing accounts and generating new opportunities
