Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Retirement Services Sales professional to increase profits and client base by selling our 401(k) conversion solutions to current and prospective clients, with a focus on plans over 100 employees. You’ll engage via in-person or virtual meetings, build referrals, and manage data in our CRM while advancing the Retirement Service Sales Division objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in sales, and Series 6/63 licenses plus SIE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales.
• Series 6, Series 63, and SIE licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Retirement solution to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referrals to secure leads.
• Prospect for new clients via phone, email, direct mail, seminars, and visits.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and client data in CRM.
• Represent the company positively to clients and community.
• Stay educated on technical, competitive, and sales skills.
