Job summary

The University of Missouri Extension Center for Youth Development seeks an Educational Program Associate I to support 4-H Youth Development in Texas County, MO. The role includes planning, managing, delivering Healthy Living programming across schools and community partners in the Texas County area.

Under the supervision of the 4-H Youth Development Specialist/Educator, you will engage volunteers, build partnerships, and help evaluate programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience is required.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, management, marketing, implementation and evaluation of 4-H Youth Development programs in Texas County.
• Provide Healthy Living programming and drug/alcohol prevention curricula for school and community settings.
• Coordinate and build external/internal partnerships with Schools, Community Centers, and Extension staff.
• Support record keeping and reporting of program activities and impacts.
