Job summary

University of Missouri Extension, 4-H Center for Youth Development in Henry County, Clinton, MO, seeks an Educational Program Associate III to support 4-H Youth Development programs. Qualifications

  • An associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 months of experience is necessary.
  • A minimum of six hours in PRKC domains for youth development.
  • Experience in group work that involves direct care and interaction with children may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for education.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for positive youth development in the community and MU Extension.
  • Coordinate and conduct educational events, camps, contests, and programs.
  • Build internal and external partnerships to grow the 4-H program.
  • Lead planning, management, marketing, implementation and evaluation of curriculum with emphasis on Leadership, Civic Engagement, STEM and Healthy Living.
