Job summary

Purdue Extension in Indiana is seeking a 4-H Data and Event Coordinator to lead reporting, accountability, and event management for the Indiana 4-H Youth Development Program. You will oversee data systems and support End users across county offices, volunteers, guardians, and staff.

The role emphasizes training development, documentation, and responsive problem solving to ensure smooth data workflows for statewide events including fairs, camps, and Career Development Events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6 months of experience with analyzing data and event management.
• In lieu of degree, a combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for reporting and accountability in Indiana 4-H.
• Manage data management systems for 4-H events and activities.
• Support end users including Extension staff, guardians, volunteers, and staff.
• Develop documentation for system setup and training.
• Develop and conduct online training opportunities for staff.
• Process registrations and fees for statewide events.
