Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with clientele and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4-H youth enrollment and recruitment using the local database and event software.
• Recruit and identify adult volunteers to support the 4-H mission.
• Oversee club processes, tasks, finances, and reporting requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for volunteers and onboarding.
• Coordinate communications for the local 4-H program and events.
• Promote opportunities to stakeholders and potential audiences.
• Identify and recruit volunteers, review qualifications and background checks.
• Maintain connections with local 4-H Affiliates and partners.
• Support local communications and marketing materials for the program.
