Job summary

Klondike Cheese Company is hiring for a 3rd shift sanitation role in Wisconsin, offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The job includes cleaning equipment and facilities to high food-safety standards in a cooler environment.

Shift pays $19.00/hour with a $3.00 shift differential, and includes benefits eligibility, 401(k), PTO, and holidays. Schedule is 10:00 pm–6:30 am (or until done), Monday through Friday, plus every other Saturday.

Qualifications

• Cheese/food industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• A good attendance record is required.
• Candidate must be a team player.
• Employees are required to stand for the duration of the shift, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and work areas.
• Maintain high food safety standards in a cooler environment (~50°F).
• Operate with brushes, hoses and chemicals to clean facilities.
• Work 3rd shift: 10:00 pm–6:30 am or until done, Mon-Fri plus every other Sat 7:00 pm until done.

Job Duties: Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, machinery, and work areas in the facility (the temperature in this location is cooler, around 50 degrees), using brushes, hoses, and chemical cleaning agents to ensure the highest of food safety standards are met. 3rd shift: 10:00 pm-6:30 am or until done, Monday-Friday plus every other Saturday 7:00 pm until done.

Pay starts at $19.00/hour plus receive a $3.00 shift differential for working 3rd shift!
