Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in West Virginia is seeking a 3rd Shift Weekend Operations Supervisor (Fri, Sat & Sun) for the Distribution network. Lead frontline teams, drive safety and continuous improvement, and manage key warehouse operations to ensure productivity.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and partner with site leaders to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor/management experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates, fostering inclusion and belonging.
