• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• Staff management and workload planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates and foster a culture of inclusion.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate open communication among leadership and frontline staff to promote transparency and teamwork.
