Job summary

Expeditors seeks a Transportation Coordinator for the 3rd shift to ensure smooth logistics operations onsite. You will coordinate with customers, 3PLs, and carriers to meet KPIs, optimize cost, and drive performance at hub locations. This role requires strong communication and data-driven decision making.

You will act as the main contact for internal teams and external vendors, handling shipments, domestic and international, and resolving bottlenecks to maintain OTIF and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 1-2 years in supply chain, logistics or transportation.
• Experience with ERP/TMS/WMS systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with customers, 3PLs, carriers, and warehouses to meet KPIs.
• Arrange transportation, optimize cost and transit time.
• Monitor carrier performance and develop transportation insights.
• Serve as liaison between vendor and carrier for on-site operations.
