Qualifications

Customer satisfaction oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels (written and oral).
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Self-driven personality with good business sense.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Proactively monitor key metrics to reach expected results.
Provide documents and information for receiving and shipping orders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Plan daily operations according to forecast and optimize labor use.
Coach, mentor and develop department staff and promote cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor and improve productivity, KPI performance, and data integrity.
Escalate issues to supervisors and maintain safe, compliant operations.
