Salm Partners in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to guide daily operations in sleeving, stuffing, rapid Pak packaging, case packing, and palletizing areas. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and compliance with SQF, GMP, and USDA standards.

• Requires leadership experience in a USDA-regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Operator role within the company.
• Strong understanding of the QX extrusion system and cook-in-package process.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Facilitator with staffing planning based on production schedule.
• Enter and train temporary workers in hours tracking system.
• Oversee safe, efficient production operations and sanitation.
• Verify equipment setup and assist with daily maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in packaging and boxing areas.
• Maintain supply levels and record usage for shift.
• Monitor product quality and hourly performance metrics.
• Communicate with Maintenance, QA, and Expediting teams.
• Provide backup support to shift personnel as needed.
• Promote a positive, safe work environment.
