Job summary

Salm Partners is seeking a skilled production supervisor to oversee sleeving, packaging, line operations, and sanitation on the shift in our Wisconsin facilities. You will ensure safe, efficient production, meet USDA and quality standards, and lead a team of operators and technicians.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in an operator role, and strong collaboration with maintenance, QA, and shift management. Competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in a USDA-regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Industry knowledge of food safety, SQF, GMP and USDA requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing based on the production schedule.
• Enter new temporary workers in the hours tracking system and instruct users.
• Ensure safe and efficient production operations and equipment setup.
• Monitor quality and track hourly performance; report issues.
• Provide backup support and coordinate with maintenance and QA teams.
