Job summary

Salm Partners, an established meat production company in Wisconsin, seeks a production facilitator to provide technical direction across Sleeving, Stuffing, Rapid Pak packaging, Case Pack, Production Staging and Palletizing areas. You will help ensure safe, compliant production and sanitation processes.

You will lead and support shift teams, verify equipment setup, assist with maintenance, and monitor quality to meet daily production goals while upholding USDA and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• USDA-regulated food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in an Operator role within the company is normally required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook; MAS500 ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying temporary staffing needs based on production schedule.
• Enter and instruct temporary workers in hours tracking system.
• Greet workers and communicate shift assignments.
• Ensure safe and efficient production operations and equipment setup.
• Maintain compliance with safety, food safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support operators to optimize performance.
• Monitor quality and record hourly production metrics.
• Provide backup support to shift personnel as needed.
