Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; completion of craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead change and build teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction on processes, procedures, and information for the team.
• Lead safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and manage bottlenecks to meet customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis with engineering and quality teams.
• Foster teamwork, coach peers, and maintain a safety-first culture.
