Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years lead supervisory experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• PC based software knowledge including word-processing/spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team members and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering for repairs and improvements.
• Document issues and implement corrective actions.
• Promote teamwork and adherence to 5S and quality standards.
