Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Stationary Operations Engineer for the 3rd shift (Mon-Thu, 9:30pm-8:00am) to supervise and maintain stationary equipment at a critical facility in the United States.

The role requires deep knowledge of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and building automation, with emphasis on safety and reliability. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with maintenance teams to ensure continuous operation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 8+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Candidate must be eligible for U.S. citizenship and access to classified information; ability to obtain HSPD-12.
• Experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and refrigeration units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain stationary equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Operate, maintain, and monitor boilers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs per site plans and standards.
