M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Stationary Operations Engineer to manage and maintain all stationary equipment within our facility.

The role requires expertise in boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and building automation, with a focus on safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Shifts available include 1st through 5th, with opportunities to contribute to emergency response, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with extensive facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting central utility plant and mechanical systems in complex facilities.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain stationary equipment including boilers, HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, and control systems.
• Conduct inspections, respond to service calls, troubleshoot, and implement repairs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
