Join the Pak as a Warehouse Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Schedule: Full Time 10pm-6:30am

About the Role
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. This role involves managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity in a cold storage environment.
Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and enforcing company policies.
- Daily Operations: Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, proper handling of goods, and compliance with safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all employees follow safety protocols, including the proper use of equipment and personal protective gear, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Inventory Leads, and other departments to coordinate activities and resolve operational challenges.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving activities. Provide reports on operational performance, staffing, and inventory levels.
- Equipment Management: Ensure all warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, is well-maintained and operating correctly. Report any maintenance needs or equipment issues.
- Cold Storage Compliance: Ensure that products are stored and handled according to cold storage requirements, maintaining appropriate temperatures and product integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in cold storage or a similar environment is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in cold storage environments with temperatures as low as -20°F.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Salary Range
Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
The range listed is the Company’s good‑faith estimate of the annual base salary for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, internal equity, and market factors, consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
