This full-time role on 3rd shift (Mon-Sat, 12 Midnight – 7 AM) leads the daily operations of the CAR, overseeing server diagnostics, debugging, root cause analysis, board-level repair and component

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred/optional in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in electronics manufacturing, failure analysis, debug, repair, test or technical operations.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Debug, Failure Analysis, and Repair Technicians.
• Manage daily CAR operations and staffing.
• Monitor and report productivity metrics (FPY, Repair Yield, TAT, Cycle Time, Utilization, Scrap, Customer Escapes).
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support server, motherboard, and board-level repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, ISO, Quality and Safety requirements.
• Support NPI and new repair processes.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead employee coaching, performance reviews and development plans.
