Job summary
Flex is seeking a seasoned CAR Operations Supervisor to lead daily Server RMA activities on 2nd shift in Memphis. You will oversee diagnostics, root cause analysis, and board-level repair, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.
Candidates should have 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, strong leadership, expertise in server architecture, SMT processes, and KPI reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, failure analysis, debug, repair, test or technical operations.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with proven people-management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of electronics troubleshooting, board-level repair and root cause analysis.
- Experience with server repair, motherboard/board-level repair, and SMT processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Debug, Failure Analysis, and Repair Technicians.
- Manage daily CAR operations and staffing.
- Monitor Productivity, FPY, Repair Yield, TAT and Customer Escapes.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support server, motherboard, and board-level repair.
- Ensure compliance with ESD, ISO, Quality and Safety requirements.
