Position: Security Officer
Reports To: Supervisor of Security

Job Description

The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and security at the facility. They will provide protection to employees, inventory, and assets.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze and reevaluate safety/security needs, ensuring proper equipment, policies, and procedures are in place.
2. Monitor production and ensure compliance with security regulations.
3. Regularly review and update SOPs to meet safety standards.
4. Prepare facilities and staff for emergency responses.
5. Manage access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.

Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years of security experience
• Minimum age of 21
• No criminal background
• Computer literacy with knowledge of video/access control systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Shift Details

Monday - Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift, lift up to 70 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
