Role

We foster a diverse and inclusive environment. We are seeking a 3rd Shift South Plant Security Officer responsible for ensuring plant and employee safety through patrols and security measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate shift notes of unusual occurrences and patrol observations
• Assist in accident investigations and safety-related tasks
• Monitor and maintain access card system; issue, deactivate, and replace access cards
• Monitor and maintain locker rooms, lockers, and padlocks
• Assist Safety Trainer with safety training for new hires and ongoing employee education

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
• At least two years of experience as a security officer or in a similar role in an industrial setting
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong surveillance skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
