GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring an Armed Tactical Security Officer!

Ready to serve as a Tactical Armed Security Guard?

In this role, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risks, and respond appropriately is crucial. Highlight how your keen observation skills are among your greatest strengths.

Physical ability is essential as you will be moving around during your shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Nashville, Tennessee
• Set schedule: Full-time, with open availability for call-off coverage, including 1st & 3rd shifts, 2nd & 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Competitive hourly wage of $22.00 - 24.00 / Hour (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities of a Tactical Armed Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to detect suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React promptly to threats or incidents
• Check alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of an Armed Tactical Security Guard

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Valid Driver License
• Over 21 years old
• Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections experience
• First aid certification is a plus
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
