Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the job tasks prior to shift start for each sanitation area of responsibility.
• Assign these job tasks to each sanitation employee utilizing the Sanitation Job Task Sheet.
• Conduct a pre-shift meeting with all sanitation employees on a daily basis.
• Inspect, evaluate and critique as needed all assigned job tasks throughout the shift.
• Inspect the facility for areas of missed opportunities or areas of improvement with sanitation and make adjustments as needed to the Sanitation Job Task Sheet.
• Meet with sanitation employees at the end of last break for any added assignments, reviews or progress updates.
