Qualifications

• Previous sanitation leadership or supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work overnight hours on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop sanitation team members.
• Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Promote OSHA, food safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance standards.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee sanitation activities across warehouse, production, and offices.
• Maintain sanitation records and regulatory compliance logs.
