Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – ILP for our Sugar Land, TX site. You will support inspection, labeling, and packaging processes, ensuring compliance with GDPs, cGMPs, and ISO standards.

The role emphasizes precision, document control, and teamwork on a 3rd shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM CST). The position is on-site in Sugar Land and requires adherence to safety testing, audits, and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Color perception exam required.
• Vision exam with 20/20 vision required.
• Pass drug and background checks.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of inspection and packaging room materials and supplies.
• Labeling and processing of production materials.
• Daily/bi-weekly/monthly cleaning and preventive maintenance logging.
• Perform line/room clearances per procedures.
• Document activities for GDPs, cGMPs, and ISO standards; ensure traceability.
• Follow 503B guidelines and SOPs; support audits.
• Calibration checks and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Record activities and notify management of deviations.
• Support other areas as needed (cleaning, filling, kitting).
• Labeling and packaging of products; visual inspection of products.
