Job summary

Quva is a national provider of compounded injectable medicines and software solutions, with a focus on quality and patient care. This Lead Production Technician ILP role supports planning, staffing, and daily execution for CSPs and non-sterile solutions, ensuring line control and proper documentation.

The Lead will train operators, coordinate lines, and promote continuous improvement while working on a set 2nd shift schedule in Sugar Land, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or labeling/packaging.
• Color perception and vision exams required.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inspection, labeling and packaging operations and scheduling.
• Coordinates training and onboarding of new operators.
• Prepares daily departmental metrics for end of shift.
• Ensures GMP, batch records and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Maintains clean processing rooms and adherence to safety procedures.
