Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – Prep/Clean Room Support for its Sugar Land, TX site. The role supports cleanrooms, formulations, and compliant documentation, with a focus on aseptic processes and high safety standards in a 3rd shift schedule.

Responsibilities include preparation, labeling, material handling, and routine cleaning, while maintaining GDP standards and aseptic gowning qualifications. This position is full-time, on-site, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.
• 18+ years of age.
• Able to follow strict clothing and accessory rules in sterile environment.

Responsabilités

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, transportation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment per standards.
• Maintain Aseptic Gowning Qualification to support cleaning.
• Complete documents for accountability and traceability of product (GDPs).
• Manage FEFO of chemicals and pull expired items monthly.
• Document activities per established procedures.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing as required.
• Engage with team with active listening and collaboration.
• Be customer oriented; take initiative to identify problems and opportunities.
