Job summary

Quva Pharma is seeking a Lead Production Technician - ILP for the 2nd shift (1:00 PM - 9:30 PM) at our Sugar Land, TX site. You will oversee inspection, labeling, and packaging of CSPs and non-sterile solutions, coordinating line staffing and schedules to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The role requires strong documentation practices, GMP awareness, and the ability to train new operators while maintaining safety and quality across production lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or labeling/packaging experience.
• Train the trainer qualified.
• Color perception exam and vision exam required.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not available.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inspection, labeling and packaging operations, including scheduling, processing, and completion of finishing activities in support of CSPs, bulk bags and non-sterile solutions.
• Serves as a knowledgeable resource for team members needing assistance with products or procedures and acts as SME for cross-functional teams.
• Maintains inventory of labels and coordinates with label printing teams to support production.
• Supports development of weekly ILP plans and schedules.
• Performs investigations related to non-conforming product or deviations from procedures.
• Communicates effectively with Operations, Quality, Receiving/Shipping and other support staff.
