Job summary

Quva is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician on-site in Sugar Land, TX, to ensure quality and safety standards for pharmaceutical products. After training, you will verify incoming materials, check labels, and oversee label printing and prep areas on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM).

The role focuses on compliance with US regulatory requirements, documentation accuracy, and maintaining clean, safe manufacturing environments with limited overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to successfully complete a drug and background check.
• Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18+ years of age.
• 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses) and color vision pass.
• Familiarity with and comfortable using mobile devices.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all applicable US Regulatory requirements are met within procedures and practices.
• Quality review/verification of critical information related to incoming goods or distribution of finished goods for customer orders.
• Ensures compliance of incoming materials prior to use in Manufacturing Operations.
• Ensures verification of labels against batch record requirements.
• Maintains cleanliness levels for components and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
