Job summary

Quva is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations (ILP) for 1st shift at our Sugar Land, TX site. The role involves coordinating staff, equipment, and ILP scheduling within Inspection, Labeling and Packaging Operations to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities include ensuring SOP adherence, quality compliance, and safety; preparing performance reports and metrics; and driving continuous improvement while supporting DEA and FDA regulatory activities.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED from recognized institution or organization.
• 2-3 years prior experience in cGMP / FDA regulated industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience required.
• Well versed in the compliance & quality requirements of 503B pharmaceutical industry and CGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff in execution of daily work; ensures SOP, cGMP, and safety compliance.
• Oversees label printing activities as needed and manages ILP scheduling.
• Prepares and submits daily/weekly/monthly reports and analyzes metrics for improvement.
• Maintains cross‑functional collaboration with Quality and other operations to meet plant objectives.
• Leads in development and maintenance of a safe manufacturing environment and regulatory compliance.
• Drives CAPA, Deviation, Change Control, and GMP tasks to closure.
