Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – ILP for the Bloomsbury, NJ facility. After training, you will support visual inspection, labeling and packaging per established processes, ensuring safety and quality of medications across the US.

This full-time, 2nd shift role runs Wednesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with minimal overtime and on-site work. Strong attention to detail and compliance with cGMPs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passing color perception exam required.
• Vision exam with 20/20 vision (with/without correction).
• Able to pass drug and background checks.
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of inspection and packaging room materials and supplies.
• Labeling and processing of production materials per SOPs.
• Daily, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning of room and equipment; complete maintenance checklists.
• Perform line and room clearances per procedures.
• Document activities for accountability and traceability; follow GDPs, cGMPs, and ISO standards.
• Comply with 503B guidelines; perform calibration checks and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Complete documentation of activities per procedures; notify management of deviations.
• Support other areas (cleaning; non-sterile filling; kitting) as needed.
• Labeling of products (primary, secondary, tertiary); support packaging; visual inspection of products.
• Maintain inspection-ready environment and support audits; communicate effectively with teams.
