Job summary

Voltava in Michigan is seeking a Team Leader to guide our 3rd shift production, keep the line moving safely and efficiently, and mentor Team Members on the floor.

You will partner with the Supervisor to maintain organized, high‑quality output, coach staff, drive safety, and support continuous improvement efforts to meet daily production targets.

This hands-on role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of sequencing or manufacturing experience, with a commitment to Voltava's values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sequencing, production, manufacturing, or related operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a 3rd shift production team to meet safety, quality, attendance and production goals.
• Coach, communicate with and assist Team Members on the floor to resolve issues in real time.
• Ensure production systems and standards are followed for efficient, high‑quality output.
• Promote a safe, respectful work environment and Voltava values.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to keep the area organized and aligned with expectations.
• Support continuous improvement and defect‑free manufacturing.
