Voltava in Michigan is seeking a Team Leader to guide our 3rd shift production, keep the line moving safely and efficiently, and mentor Team Members on the floor.
You will partner with the Supervisor to maintain organized, high‑quality output, coach staff, drive safety, and support continuous improvement efforts to meet daily production targets.
This hands-on role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of sequencing or manufacturing experience, with a commitment to Voltava's values.

About the Role:
As a Team Leader at Voltava, you will play a hands-on role in keeping our 3rd shift production team moving safely, efficiently, and with pride. You will help guide daily operations, support Team Members on the floor, solve problems in real time, and create an environment where safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement come first.
