Voltava is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Michigan. You will coach Team Leaders and Team Members, ensure safety and quality, and drive productivity alongside the Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across functions. A high school diploma is required, with leadership training preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing or related industrial environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members to drive safe, efficient, high-quality operations.
• Partner with Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
