Voltava is seeking an Assembly/Sequencer for the third shift to operate production line equipment, finish products, and report issues to a supervisor. The role requires basic quality checks and safe work practices in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

The job involves lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working with the team to meet production goals while following all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble goods on production lines following work instructions.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
• Follow company philosophies and values at all times.
• Maintain a safe work environment through good housekeeping.
• Adhere to safe work practices at all times.
• Monitor production process and support team to meet goals.
• Ensure production and quality systems are followed and hours-per-job targets met.
• Communicate and act on information to enable improvements.
• Help team meet customer expectations.
• Feed raw materials into production equipment as needed.
• Lift/move up to 40 pounds consistently.
• Store goods and materials properly in warehouse.
• Use lifting equipment to fulfill orders.
• Pack goods to be shipped.
• Job rotation typically every 2–2.5 hours to reduce strain.
• All other duties as assigned.
