Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Direct experience in production preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and allocate team members based on production demands.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly workplace in compliance with Vandor regulations.
• Conform to production requirements with authority to stop production to correct quality problems.
• Troubleshooting to ensure quality standards are met during production of molded parts.
• Ensure all materials are maintained for production.
• Operate Forklift safely.
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
