Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for the 3rd shift to supervise a production team, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with the Manufacturing Supervisor, assist in onboarding, and drive 5S practices while supporting overtime opportunities as production demands require.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in engineering or manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members; monitor performance and safety.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safe work practices across the line.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime; document issues.
• Prepare production reports and communicate with supervisors and other departments.
