Job summary

MCC is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to lead safety, production, sustainability and quality standards across the plant. You will provide leadership to shifts and drive company strategies, while coordinating with management and teams to meet goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and real-time issue resolution, with responsibilities spanning safety audits, staffing, and performance evaluations. It requires a two-year certificate and prior supervisory LEAN experience.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate from college or technical school in Management or related program.
• Minimum two years progressive experience in supervisory roles.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety requirements and conducts observations.
• Serves as technical resource for assigned work areas.
• Supports production flow during outages.
• Leads meetings on quality, safety, staffing and scheduling.
• Resolves staffing issues and conflict at shift changes.
• Coordinates training and feedback within the team.
• Tracks time and attendance using Dayforce system.
