Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate work, assist with employee selection, review performance and enforce policies.
• Manage departmental performance measures and COS system reporting.
• Direct activities to maximize productivity, minimize cost, and promote safety and morale.
• Ensure accidents are reported and corrective actions taken promptly.
• Provide coaching and development to employees and track absenteeism/timekeeping.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce material and labor costs.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to achieve plant objectives.
