Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a hands-on 3rd shift Production Supervisor in Cleveland to lead, coach and support a manufacturing team on the plant floor. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency while meeting delivery targets and staying within budget.

The role emphasizes Lean tools, daily management and staff development, with strong emphasis on safety, communication and urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years Lean manufacturing environment required; 5 years preferred.
• Experience training others and focusing on safety and quality.
• Proficiency with ERP, MS Office, Outlook and print reading.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and health of all employees.
• Lead Lean initiatives and use tools like Standard Work, Kamishibai, Kanban and Daily Management.
• Schedule and manage production work, staffing and payroll documentation.
• Coach and develop the production team toward KPI achievement.
• Recruit and onboard operations staff with Operations Manager.
• Support maintenance and TPM autonomous maintenance activities.
