Job summary

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift at the Bowling Green, OH site. This on-site role leads the production floor, drives safety, quality and continuous improvement, and coordinates schedule adherence with union environment considerations.

You will mentor staff, enforce labor rules, and ensure accurate time reporting, BOM integrity, and efficient material flow to support on-time delivery. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or comparable experience, preferably in a union environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong team-building, coaching and communication skills; good problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead production floor teams and manage shift activities to meet schedules.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Schedule work, assign tasks, and optimize resources to hit delivery goals.
• Coach and develop department personnel and enforce company policies.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and proper inventory transactions.
