Regal Rexnord is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor for our Cleveland facility. This hands-on leadership role will spend the majority of time on the shop floor, coaching the production team to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets.

You will lead Lean initiatives, coordinate cell staffing, manage daily metrics, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional partners. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience is preferred, with 3–5 years Lean experience and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years of Lean manufacturing experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Ability to train others, a strong focus on safety and quality, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Computer skills, MS Office, Outlook, ERP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the safety and health of all employees.
• Work with EHS Leadership to ensure a safe work environment.
• Identify and create plans to correct safety deviations and issues in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for the areas safe handling and disposal of hazardous waste.
• Ensure associates comply with Company policies and procedures.
