Regal Rexnord is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead Assembly and Machining teams in a fast-paced, onsite setting. You will coach, mentor, and develop hourly staff while driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, machining/process knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and maintenance to meet production goals. Local travel up to 10% may occur.

Formación

• Two-yearAssociate degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly desired.
• 2+ years of progressive manufacturing production experience required.
• Solid background in machining techniques and/or mechanical assembly is strongly desired.
• Prior supervisory experience of hourly production employees is strongly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, assign, and direct work; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage attendance and timekeeping records for payroll.
• Interview, onboard, and train employees.
• Lead performance appraisals and corrective actions.
• Promote lean manufacturing to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Support and implement manufacturing procedures and innovations.
• Engage in safety committee activities and 5S audits.
• Assist with new product launches and BOM/routing improvements.
