Job summary

RBC Bearings is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Greenville, SC. You will oversee nightly manufacturing operations, ensure safety and quality, and monitor team performance.

The role includes coaching, conducting performance reviews, and implementing corrective actions where needed. Collaborate with QA and engineering to resolve issues, participate in Lean initiatives, and support continuous improvement in the production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business or technical field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality controls and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations for smooth production.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.
• Ensure accurate Kronos timekeeping for team members.
• Train and mentor team; drive continuous improvement with QA/engineering.
